PLAY HARDER was the second in a series of short international residencies, offering a test bed to artists and curators for new experimental work and research.

The second day of residency was on Shrove Tuesday, better known as Pancake day; I explored the history of this widely ‘celebrated’ day to inform my ideas. ‘Strove’ from the word ‘strive’ meaning to confess -- the participatory work invited the audience to write a confession on a cue card and anonymously submit it in the box.
